Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the SOX404 implementation- to perform SOX compliance documentation, performing the walkthrough and scoping exercise, as well as testing on significant processes and identifying weakness to improve internal control according to SOX regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of control procedures to address compliance risks generated by new/changed commercial activities and new/changed laws/regulations/rules/guidelines
• Assist in circulating details of changes in laws, regulations, codes of practice, ethical standards and reporting requirements that impact compliance policy or practice to management
