LOCATION: Hong Kong
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Perform technical searching to make sure the statutory financial statements are comply with HKFRS
- Assist in month end closing
- Handle local tax filing
- Oversee overseas subsidiaries accounting, taxation and other statutory requirements
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years or above experience in Accounting, audit experience is an advantage
- Qualified Accountant, ACCA, HKICPA
- Experience in preparing statutory financial statements
- Experience in financial closing, handing full set of accounts and consolidation
- Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadline
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge in SAP
- Computer knowledge in MS Office & Windows is a must

Director of Test Operations
LOCATION: Dongguan, China
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Maintain operational control of factory test production, engineering, and customer service groups to optimize productivity, enhance profitability, and achieve commitment to schedules and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and manage customer projects including technical assessment, quotations, third party and vendor services, project roadmaps and progress from inception to volume production. Provide principal technical and business support to worldwide sales teams for new business, as well as manage ongoing customer accounts.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: BSEE with eight to 12 years or MS with six years of relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Experience with mixed-signal, analog, and digital test applications, platforms, and technologies for semiconductor test. ATE skills with Teradyne J750, A5XX, Catalyst or similar test platforms.
HUMAN RESOURCES: Proven management/leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of people. Extensive operations background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in both English and Mandarin a plus.
LOCATION: Milpitas, CA
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Find and secure new accounts while maintaining and further expanding established accounts. Plan, implement, and develop tactical and strategic business activities.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: BS in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science is desired. Eight years working experience, preferably in packaging or in semiconductor assembly/test is required. Minimum of two years experience in sales or technical support is desirable. Experience in subcontract assembly/test sales is a plus.
HUMAN RESOURCES: Superior communication skills as well professional attitude, commitment, and appearance a must. Ability to interface with all levels of customers and employees. Must have an in-depth knowledge of plastic package assembly technology. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently against established objectives.
